Overview
Pocketune does not require a Pocketune account. It has no advertising, third-party analytics or developer-operated backend. We do not receive your listening history, music library or imported audio through the app.
Music access
Pocketune requests Apple Music permission before accessing your library and music information. Apple handles Apple Music authentication, streaming and subscription eligibility under its own terms and privacy policy. You can change permission in iPhone Settings.
Information on your device
The app stores preferences, appearance designs, favourites, recent listening information and imported music locally. The limited widget companion can share the information needed for its display through the app’s shared container on your device. iOS controls widget availability and updates.
Device backup and sync behaviour depends on your iOS and Apple account settings. Removing the app may remove its local data; retain separate copies of audio files you want to keep.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases and restores through StoreKit. Pocketune verifies purchase transactions to enable the relevant features. We do not receive your card or banking information.
Support messages
If you email support@mooze.studio, we receive the details and attachments you send through Zoho Mail. We use them to handle your request and keep them only as needed for that purpose and related obligations. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Control and contact
You can revoke music access, manage purchases through Apple, and remove locally stored app data by removing the app. For questions or requests about information sent to the studio, contact hello@mooze.studio.
Changes
This policy describes the current test build. We will update it if the app’s data practices change.
