POCKETUNE SUPPORT
Back to the music.
A few useful answers, and a real person if you need a hand.
How do I navigate the player?
Turn the Scroll Dial to move through menus. Press the centre to select. Tap MENU to go back; hold MENU to return to the main menu. On Now Playing, turn the dial to seek. Use the iPhone volume buttons or the Volume menu.
Where are Settings and desk views?
Hold MENU to reach the main menu, then choose Settings. Settings are accessible on every iPhone. Desk view and Stay Awake are available there; appearance options are inside Appearance.
How do I connect Apple Music?
Open the Music Library menu and allow Music access when iOS asks. You need your own Apple Music subscription for catalogue streaming. If access was denied, enable it in iPhone Settings. Availability depends on your Apple account, region and library.
Can I listen to my own files?
Use the app’s import option to choose supported audio files from Files. MP3, AAC, M4A, ALAC, FLAC, WAV and AIFF are supported. The app keeps imported music locally on your device.
How do I restore an upgrade?
Use Restore Purchases in Settings, signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase. Purchases are verified through Apple. During testing, test purchases follow the test environment and do not establish public prices.
Why does the screen turn off?
Enable Stay Awake while the app is in the foreground to prevent automatic sleep. It does not bypass a manual lock or iOS system restrictions. The full player cannot run on the Lock Screen.
What should I include in a support email?
Your iPhone model, iOS version, Pocketune version or build number, and what happened. Include steps or a screenshot if helpful. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private music files.
